Privacy statement.
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003 of Austria). In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on my website.
Basic information on visiting my website
You can visit my website without providing any personal information. Every time my website is accessed, usage data is transmitted through the respective internet browser and in log files - the so-called server log files, e.g. Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider - saved. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and is only used to ensure the trouble-free operation of my website and to improve my offer.
Necessary cookies
My website uses so-called "cookies". These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. I use cookies (session cookies, login cookies) to make my offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They enable my website to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Use of Matomo
This offer uses Matomo, an open source software for statistical evaluation of user access. Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by the user. The information generated by cookies about the use of this offer is stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is saved. When you visit my website, you decide whether you consent to the use of the statistical cookies described here. My concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of my offer and my website. As the privacy of my visitors is important to me, the user data is anonymized as already mentioned. The user data is stored for a period of 1 year.

Google Maps
The Google Maps maps on this website are used in a way that only a preview image is displayed. An interactive version of the map is only loaded when the image is clicked. Only then will data be transferred between your browser and Google Inc.
Why do we use Google Maps on our website?
All my efforts on this page are aimed at offering you a useful and meaningful time on my website. By integrating Google Maps, I can provide you with the most important information about the location of my agency. You can see at a glance where my company is located. The directions always show you the best or fastest way to the apartment. You can get directions for routes by car, public transport, on foot or by bike. For me, the provision of Google Maps is part of my customer service.
What data does Google Maps store after you click on the map?
In order for Google Maps to be able to offer its full service, the company must record and store data about you. This includes, among other things, the search terms entered, your IP address and the latitude and longitude coordinates. If you use the route planner function, the entered start address is also saved. However, this data storage happens on the Google Maps website. I can only inform you about it, but I have no influence. Since I have integrated Google Maps into my website, Google sets at least one cookie (name: NID) in your browser after you click on the preview map. This cookie stores data about your user behavior. Google primarily uses this data to optimize its own services and to provide individual, personalized advertising for you.
No use of social media plugins
I would like to point out that there are no iframe-integrated social media plugins on this website. You will only find links on my website that lead directly to my profile on XING, LinkedIn and Skype.
